As we get older, we are faced the reality that we can not continue to do the sports we have loved, or get involved in a new activity without getting in shape and staying in shape. That does not necessarily mean going to the gym every day. This section will be looking at ways to prevent injury and enjoy a more active way of life. We should look at the activities as a way to stay young physically and mentally.
